NDA & Liability Waiver – Private Residence By connecting to this private wireless network, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Access to this network and entry into the residence at 12286 Media Panorama, Santa Ana, CA 92705 (the “Residence”) is conditioned on acceptance of this Agreement. Confidentiality You agree that any information you see, hear, access, or become aware of while at the Residence or while using this network is strictly confidential. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: • Address or location of the Residence • Layout, security features, or contents of the Residence • Conversations heard while in inside Residence • The contents of personal, family, financial, legal, or business matters in any forum • Identities of guests or visitors • Any documents, screens, phones, computers, photos, videos, or recordings of any kind You agree not to disclose any such information to any person for any reason. Camera Notice and Consent to Audio and Video Recording You acknowledge the Residence is protected by active security and surveillance systems, which include audio and video recording devices. By entering the Residence, remaining on the premises, or connecting to this network, you expressly consent to being photographed, and audio and video recorded. You understand that any conversations may be recorded in areas where recording is permitted, and you are consenting to such recording. You agree that all recordings are the sole property of the owner of the Residence and may be used for security, safety, evidentiary, or legal purposes. If you do not consent, you must immediately disconnect from the network and leave the Residence. No Photos/No Recording/No Social Media You agree that you will not, without prior written permission: • Take photographs or video inside or outside the Residence • Record audio • Post on social media • Send images, messages, or descriptions or the Residence or the owner or guests of the Residence to any third party Network Use This is a private network. By connecting, you agree that: • Your name may be monitored and logged • You have no expectation of privacy while on this network • Accessing, or attempting to access, other devices, cameras, files, or systems is prohibited • Your connection and access on this network may be terminated at any time. Damages Violations of this Agreement will subject the violating party to all legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal costs and fees. Duration This Agreement remains in effect in perpetuity and applies to all Confidential Information obtained during or after this Agreement has been signed. Binding Agreement This Agreement is binding on any individual who: • Enters the Residence • Connects to the Wi-Fi network • Performs work at the Residence • Visits temporarily • Is present for business or personal reasons Execution of this Agreement is a condition of access. Venue This Agreement shall be governed by California law and venue shall be in Orange County, California. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect. Entire Agreement This Agreement is the entire agreement and may only be modified in writing and signed by the Owner of the Residence. By clicking ACCEPT, you confirm that: • You have read this entire Agreement • You understand this entire Agreement • You agree to be legally bound to the terms of this Agreement
